Hello Everyone!

Tons of new happenings to write about from the artists at Degy Entertainment. I'll first extend a huge welcome to our new director of management operations at Degy Management Services, Justin Rubinstein. Justin takes the helm at the management firm and will direct all of the day-to-day activites and oversee all new signings.

New artist signings to the companies include:
- Bob Guiney Band (RA: Ari Nisman) - Bob broke fame on ABC's "The Bachelor" and now fronts the BGB formerly signed to Wind-Up
- Red Wanting Blue (RA: Ari Nisman)
- Ball in the House (RA: Cristina Stanczyk)
- Harsh Krieger (RA: Cristina Stanczyk)
- CX-1 (RA: Chad Denney)
- Global Funk (RA: Jeremiah Knowles)
- Westbound Train (RA: Ari Nisman)

Here's just a quick summary on what's happening with some of the artists on our roster:

- Perpetual Groove just returned from the Pacific Cruise Festival (Xingolati) and from their first tour of Japan. Sold out shows in Tokyo and other cities.

- The Toasters just headlined the entire Ska Is Dead 3 Tour across the USA and Canada, combining powers with bands like Mustard Plug, Buck-O-Nine, The Planet Smashers, and many more.

- Westbound Train has signed their label deal with Hellcat/Epitaph Records and will tour Europe with The Toasters in Nov/Dec before heading into the studio.

- Lloyd Dobler Effect has signed a recording deal with Winedark/Universal Records and are currently negotiating a publishing deal with Disney. They have been one of the hottest booked groups in the college touring circuit.

- Michael Glabicki performed two songs on the field before Game #2 of the Chicago White Sox versus California Angels series in front of 45,000+.

- The Booda Velvets have music now airing in promos and episodes of MTV's "Laguna Beach," and have one of the key songs coming out in the new Sony Pictures' film release hitting the big screen, "The Fog".

- The Soul Rebels Brass Band thank everyone for their help in recovering from Hurricane Katrina. They barely escaped the flooding waters of New Orleans, and have started to rebuild including performing a few select dates in the gulf region.

- Christian Anthony was added from the alternate list to showcase at the NACA West College Booking Conference in November.

- PBM won the coveted "on-site" mainstage showcase selection at the NACA Mid-Atlantic Conference.

Tons more coming to you soon... Stay tuned!!!
