Guiney’s first love has always been music. In college, he formed
“Fat Amy”, which had instant success throughout the Midwest. Fat
Amy released two independent records and toured the country. In
2001, his life took a turn when ABC TV tapped him as “The Bachelor”
Guiney became one of the most sought-after men in the world as his show,
“The Bachelor”, entered over40 million homes. From this point
on, Guiney’s life would never be the same. He made countless
television appearances including Oprah, The View, and Craig Kilbourne
(“The Late Late Show”). He is now doing movies and several ABC
TV shows. But, throughout his newfound fame, Guiney never strayed
away from his love for music. He signed a major record deal with
Wind-Up Records who saw “The presence and passion Bob has for his new
music”. Fat Amy has plans for a new album and a U.S tour in the
coming year, and Bob continues to tour numerous college campuses.
