Rider
This performance rider will be agreed to by both parties and considered an addition to the contract attached for this performance to take place on , by and between Perpetual Groove, hereinafter referred to as “Artist” and , hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”.

purchaser’s approval and compliance.
¨ Complimentary Tickets _____
If applicable, Purchaser agrees to provide Artist with a minimum of ten (15) complimentary tickets and/or guest list names for admittance to the contracted event, excluding designated crewmembers of the Artist. Purchaser must agree to provide any member of the Perpetual Groove Street Team (The Promotions Posse) with admittance to the contracted event, under the terms that the event is solely billed as Perpetual Groove. This does not include events where Perpetual Groove is a support act or part of a festival event.
¨ Parking _____
Purchaser agrees to provide Artist with free, secure parking (and or parking passes) that is close to the venue loading entrance, suitable for a 15 passenger van and trailer.
¨ Food and beverages _____
Purchaser agrees to provide the following:
1. At least twenty four (24) bottles of water (non-carbonated) prior to showtime.
2. A total of eight (8) hot meals for dinner provided at the venue, or a fifteen (15) dollar buyout for each meal. Note – fast food, or pizza is not acceptable, unless previously negotiated with management only.
3. One (1) deli tray with assorted meats and cheeses, one hour prior to showtime. Please also include condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, etc).
4. Twenty four (24) bottles of imported beer prior to showtime
5. Twelve (12) assorted soft drinks prior to showtime
¨ Dressing Room _____
Purchaser agrees to provide Artist with a clean, dry, and well-lighted dressing room to change before and during performance. In addition, Purchaser will provide a safe place for band members to store valuables during the performance and if necessary, will provide at least one (1) security person to be stationed at this assigned area to ensure the safety of the band’s valuables.
¨ Towels _____
Purchaser agrees to provide Artist with at least eight (8) hand towels on stage during the band’s performance.
* Billing _____
“Perpetual Groove” must appear with the appropriate headlining
billing in any and all printed advertising and must be mentioned in any and all
radio advertising for the show/evening. Please use and/or forward the following
quote for any promotional blurbs: “A smooth blend of the rave, the jam, the
song, and the groove. Their live shows are high energy, offering fans tranced
out, techno-grooves, dub style reggae, mind blowing improvisation, and catchy
lyrics. A welcome addition to the new age in jam music.”
