This
Boston Pop/R&B group delivers a familiar yet original vocal
presence that must be seen and heard to believe. Ball in the House
combines romantic harmonies with series of complex vocal
percussive beat box sounds. Member, Jon J. put his voice on hold
to learn how to become a "human drum machine" which
became the most remarkable entity of the group. Ball in the House
will incise fans of Boyz II Men, Backstreet, and N Sync. The group
recently released their new record "Granite Ave". Their
first radio single, "Something I Don't Know", charted
for six consecutive weeks and peaked at #17 in the Top 100 on the
national AC Charts. A few years back, they signed one of the most
lucrative commercial deals for an indie band, when they became the
voices of Cool Whip for Kraft foods. They have received numerous
awards including VH1's Save the Music Songwriting Award 2005
(Hip-Hop/R&B Song of the Year runner-up) were top-10 finalists
in the MTV Next Big Thing Contest, and multiple ACA Awards 2005,
including the "Favorite Pop/Rock Group" award. Ball in
the House is currently touring the country.
