This
country music star is a combat veteran of the 75th
Ranger Regiment who found in the battle of Somalia as a member of
the special operations assault unit, Take Force Ranger. Their
story was recounted in the movie Blackhawk Down. His debut album,
"Flags of our Father," is a tribute to our troops and
their families, and features such artists as Vince Gill and
Emmylou Harris, singing on his billboard charting ballad,
"Not Me." The album also had guest appearances by the
unmistakable voice of Kenny Rogers introducing his power song,
"Circle on the Cross." Keni has performed around the
world for our armed forces, does speeches about his "Hero’s
Fund" on military bases, and also finds time to perform in
major concert venues, theatres and on college campuses. Keni has
been on the road with his band Cornbread, supporting artists such
as Wynonna, Brad Paisley, Lone Star, Keith Urban and Trace Adkins.
