Hailed
as an emerging pop buzz artist as a 19-year old, Reed Waddle has
now evolved into a hard-working, full-time touring musician
seeking a much wider audience. His music career has sent him all
over the country on his musical sojourn showcasing in Boston, NYC,
Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando, Denver, and everywhere in between.
Critics have compared him to Ben Harper, Adam Duritz (from
Counting Crows), John Mayer, and Adam Morrison… but what sets
him apart from his influences is his own voice, rich with musical
influence, yet strikingly unique. Reed recently joined
rock-and-soul icon John Oats (of Hall and Oates fame) as a
songwriting partner in Aspen. Reed is currently working on his
fourth independently released CD in between national college dates
and regional club shows in his home down in Florida. Reed received
multiple-college showcasing selections last year as he was picked
as a "roving artist" to perform at NACA Northeast and
NACA West, and was an alternate at three other regions. For those
unfamiliar with the college showcasing market, being selected to
two showcases and three alternates in one given year is nearly
unparalleled.
