These
four, Irish sisters from Donegal, Ireland came to the states on a
support tour for Sinead O’Connor. They were so enamored by the
culture and life in the states that the Diver Sisters chose a
small apartment in NYC and packed up to stay. Since then, they
have played Irish bars, music clubs, and festivals all over the
northeast. Their live shows are energetic and ever-changing, as
the girls continue to pull out new music instruments from
song-to-song to change it up for their audience. The Screaming
Orphans take cover selections such as Blister in the Sun, Brown
Eyed Girl, Sweet Home Alabama, and more, and mix them up with
Irish Drinking Tunes and their own originals. They were just
chosen to showcase at the APCA National College Booking
Conference, and have become one of the hottest college acts in the
campus market.
