The Degy Entertainment Street Team is an important partner with the artists on the Degy Entertainment roster. The overall goal of this program is to spread the word about Degy artists, and get their music to as many potential fans as possible. This can be done by promoting live shows, promoting the band’s website, promoting each band’s CDs and much much more.

 

We have a variety of materials available for you to promote with depending on which bands and which shows you are promoting. We will also have flyers available for download in the reps section that you can print out and distribute at your own will. We can also usually send you postcards, stickers, posters, demo CDs etc if you request them from us. You can email all requests for promo material to streetteam@degy.com


There are always other ways you can help to promote Degy bands. Many of these can be done on your own, simply by being creative. We are always taking suggestions on how to make the program better! Your input will help us a great deal during this project.  Many of you will probably think of something we forgot. Let us know what you think we could be doing differently. Working together, we are sure that this program will be very successful. Here are some of the ideas we have so far:

 

·       Hang up posters for upcoming shows in your area

 

·       Helping to sell merchandise and handle mailing lists at shows

 

·       Handing out flyers at concerts, around town etc..

 

·       Hitting local coffee shops, sub shops, record stores, and more with demos

 

·       Promoting the bands, their website, and their shows on the net in chat rooms, newsgroups, message boards, email lists and more.

 

·       Putting together listening parties with giveaways

 

·       Talking to radio stations, press, and other media to promote Degy Bands

 

·       Plus any ideas you can come up with!!
