Alex Ahn is a contemporary electric violinist like you’ve never seen before. Already having vast experience in both live and virtual concerts, he specializes in offering 2 specific shows! While many country artists work hard to legitimize their country roots, Austin Moody doesn’t need to try. Everything about him is country. Moody was born in Kingsport Tennessee, a mere stone’s throw from the birthplace of country music. Moody also found a love of flying in his teen years. He spent four years in the Junior Air Force ROTC and had his pilot’s license by the age of seventeen. He was all set to enlist and begin training at the Shaw Air Force Base in Charleston, SC when his call to music came. Austin has been actively touring college markets while writing for his album.

With over 500 lifetime performances under his belt Chris has built up an impressive cover song repertoire spanning many genres including Rock & and Pop (both current and classic hits) as well as modern country in addition to his original songs. His livestreams are often interactive, telling stories behind his music and encouraging viewers to leave song requests. His original music has been praised by press outlets worldwide and his songs have been streamed over a half million times to date.

Originally from Columbia, South Carolina… Matthew Mead discovered his love for music much later than most musicians. Growing up he would occasionally play his brother’s acoustic guitar to the music of Bob Dylan, Jack Johnson, and John Mayer. But it wasn’t until he was 26 that he decided to get one of his very own. Fast forward a couple of years later and he released his debut singles ‘Lady’ and ‘Dope Sick Love’ which were written, recorded, and produced in his home studio in Los Angeles, California.
Nelly’s Echo is a concept of the musical experience associated with its creator vocalist/guitarist Nelson Emokpae who prefers to define his music as storytelling with a groove aka folk soul. The folk soul singer is inspired by soul music and contemporary melodic storytellers such as Jason Mraz, John Mayer and Leon Bridges to name a few. Born in Lagos Nigeria, he for the last 20 years calls Baltimore MD home. Nelly’s Echo has had his version of, “Ain’t No Sunshine” reach #7 on the iTunes R&B charts while also having his original song, “Voices of the People” named a World Cup 2014 Super Song Top 20 semi-finalist. Nelly’s Echo has had the privilege of not only entertaining the military in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba but also turned heads in Season 3 of NBC’s, The Voice.
Multi-talented singer-songwriter Rachel Brown has a unique voice that combines sweetness, sultriness and vulnerability, enchanting the listener. New York City born, with Bermudian, Ethiopian, and Southern roots, she creates a captivating fusion of pop, Caribbean, world, Hawaiian, country, and hip hop. Brown has shared the stage with Wyclef Jean, Mary J. Blige, Robin Thicke, Quincy Jones, and John Legend, and has received multiple music awards. She won Perez Hilton’s “Can YOU Sing???” competition for her rendition of “Without You” by David Guetta featuring Usher. She was also the 2011 winner of the Abe Olman Scholarship from the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame, as well as the 2010 winner of the ASCAP Foundation Robert Allen Award for Excellence in Songwriting. Graduating with honors from Harvard College in May 2010, she was named one of Harvard’s “15 Most Interesting Seniors.”
Ryan Calhoun, already has an impressive list of musical accolades under his belt. With his songs being featured throughout countless episodes of “The Kardashians,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “One Tree Hill” and many more. Ryan can offer a unique and intimate virtual show by telling the stories behind the songs he has written and answering questions from viewers. The Icarus Account virtual show is a positive energy acoustic set filled with classic covers, tight harmonies and catchy originals. Even in a virtual setting the twins vibrant personalities pop off the screen as they perform and engage with their audience. The duo often will interact with online comments during their set and use polls to allow viewers to determine what cover song to play next. After each set a live Q&A session is available.

Yaniza is a bilingual pop singer-songwriter from New York City! She sings in English and Spanish and usually has a huge smile on her face 🙂 At her virtual performances, Yaniza’s priority is to make her audience feel like they’re right there with her in her cozy, fairy-lit room. She plays a combination of popular covers and original songs, which include interactive call-and-response parts that are bound to get everyone dancing at home!
