Fort Gordon’s Independence Celebration lit up Barton Field with patriotic pride and community spirit this past Thursday! Families gathered for a full day of festivities, enjoying food vendors, kids’ activities, and a vibrant atmosphere filled with red, white, and blue. Local favorite Ryan Alan Abel & Friends kicked off the evening with a crowd-pleasing set, followed by high-energy performances from Nashville duo Two Story Road that had everyone singing along. The night wrapped up with a stunning fireworks show that lit the sky and capped off a perfect 4th of July celebration. Major kudos to Fort Gordon MWR for pulling off such an unforgettable event!
